- 1/3 cup tamari or soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Thai chili sauce
- 4 Persian cucumbers, chopped
- 2 cups cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup Thai basil, chopped
- 8–10 flour tortillas
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook ground beef with black pepper until browned (about 5 minutes).
- Add garlic, ginger, and Chinese 5 spice; cook for another minute.
- Stir in tamari and chili sauce; simmer until coated (3-5 minutes). Mix in green onions.
- Warm tortillas in the microwave for about 15 seconds.
