- 3/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1 egg + 1 yolk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup quick oats
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 3/4–1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup M&M candies
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cream butter, sugars, and peanut butter.
- Mix in eggs and vanilla.
- Stir in dry ingredients.
- Fold in chocolates and M&Ms.
- Scoop, bake for 9–11 mins.
- Cool 10 mins before serving.
