Instructions

  2. In one bowl, mix oat flour, baking powder, salt, and spices. In another bowl, blend melted butter and brown sugar until smooth; add applesauce, apple cider, vanilla extract, and eggs.
  3. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just mixed.
  4. Fill cupcake liners two-thirds full and bake for 20–22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
