  • 1 package (5.2 oz) Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Zest and juice of ½ lemon
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Cherry tomatoes or asparagus (optional, for roasting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly oil a baking dish.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry and place them skin-side down in the baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and lemon zest.
  3. Break the Boursin cheese into chunks and distribute it evenly over the salmon.
