  • 2 tubes refrigerated crescent dough
  • 6 oz thinly sliced turkey slices
  • 6 oz thinly sliced smoked chicken ham
  • 3 oz thinly sliced turkey pepperoni
  • 8 oz thinly sliced mozzarella cheese (or provolone)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Layer one sheet of crescent dough in the pan and bake for 10 minutes until slightly golden.
  3. Remove from the oven and layer half the mozzarella cheese, turkey slices, smoked chicken ham, turkey pepperoni, optional pickled peppers, and remaining mozzarella cheese on top. Cover with another sheet of crescent dough.
  4. Mix olive oil, grated Parmesan, and Italian seasoning in a bowl; brush over the top layer of dough.
  5. Bake for an additional 20 minutes; increase temperature to 375°F for another 5 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
