Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or a Silpat silicone baking mat.
  3. Trim the brussel sprouts by removing dry outer leaves and cutting off the bottom inch; slice each sprout in half.
  4. In a large bowl, toss the halved brussel sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the seasoned sprouts on the prepared baking sheet and roast for about 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Once tender and caramelized, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and honey; toss to coat before serving.
