  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp garlic paste
  • Garlic salt and pepper, to taste
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 clove garlic, grated or minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Pat the salmon dry, remove the skin if needed, and cut into bite-sized chunks.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, and garlic paste. Season with garlic salt and pepper.
  4. Coat the salmon chunks with the mayo mixture and spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast for about 10 minutes; then switch to broil for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Meanwhile, whisk together all bang bang sauce ingredients until smooth.
  7. Drizzle the sauce over the cooked salmon bites before serving.
