  • 250g Beef sirloin
  • 34 Mushrooms
  • 23 Spring onions
  • 1 Bell pepper
  • 23 Cabbage leaves
  • 56 Snow peas
  • 1 small Carrot
  • Vegetable oil
  • Light soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Dark soy sauce
  • Oyster sauce
  • Sugar
  • Shaoxing wine
  • White pepper

Instructions

  1. Blanch noodles in hot water for 1–2 minutes and drizzle with sesame oil.
  2. Prepare the sauce by mixing all ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Slice vegetables and marinate sliced beef in some sauce.
  4. Heat oil in a wok; cook beef until seared.
  5. Add vegetables and stir-fry until slightly wilted.
  6. Combine noodles and remaining sauce; toss everything together for another few minutes.
