  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 13 tablespoons water, as needed to thin

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season pork tenderloins generously with salt and pepper.

  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; sear the tenderloins for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  5. Transfer to a roasting pan and roast for 25–30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
