- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried crushed rosemary
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- 1–3 tablespoons water, as needed to thin
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season pork tenderloins generously with salt and pepper.

- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; sear the tenderloins for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

- Transfer to a roasting pan and roast for 25–30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
