  • 1 cup biscoff spread (for frosting)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (for frosting)
  • ¼ tsp salt (for frosting)
  • 13 tbsp milk (for frosting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line cupcake pans with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the Biscoff spread, light brown sugar, sour cream, whole milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fill cupcake liners about ¾ full with batter and bake for 20–23 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow cooling before frosting with the prepared Biscoff frosting made from Biscoff spread and butter blended with powdered sugar.
