Ingredients
- 500 g Biscoff biscuits
- 385 g unsalted butter (185 g for the base, 200 g for caramel)
- 3 tbsp caster sugar
- 4 tbsp golden syrup
- 397 g condensed milk
- 250 g milk chocolate
- 200 g Biscoff spread
- Biscoff crumbs for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Crush the Biscoff biscuits into fine crumbs.
- Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and press firmly into a baking pan.
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine butter, sugar, golden syrup, and condensed milk until smooth. Pour over the biscuit base.
- Melt the chocolate and mix in Biscoff spread. Spread over the caramel layer.
- Allow cooling at room temperature before chilling in the fridge for about 3 hours. Cut into squares and garnish with Biscoff crumbs.
