  • 500 g Biscoff biscuits
  • 385 g unsalted butter (185 g for the base, 200 g for caramel)
  • 3 tbsp caster sugar
  • 4 tbsp golden syrup
  • 397 g condensed milk
  • 250 g milk chocolate
  • 200 g Biscoff spread
  • Biscoff crumbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Crush the Biscoff biscuits into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and press firmly into a baking pan.
  3. In a saucepan over low heat, combine butter, sugar, golden syrup, and condensed milk until smooth. Pour over the biscuit base.
  4. Melt the chocolate and mix in Biscoff spread. Spread over the caramel layer.
  5. Allow cooling at room temperature before chilling in the fridge for about 3 hours. Cut into squares and garnish with Biscoff crumbs.
