Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs (like Oreo)
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream until combined. Pour over crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely before adding cherry pie filling on top.
