- 1/4 cup water
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 large egg (room temperature)
- 1/4 cup sugar (for cheesecake layer)

Instructions
- Prepare the blackberry swirl by cooking blackberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan until thickened; set aside to cool.
