Instructions

  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat; lightly grease it. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet, swirling to coat evenly. Cook for about 2 minutes until edges lift slightly; flip and cook another minute until set. Repeat with remaining batter.
  3. In another bowl, whisk instant vanilla pudding mix with cold milk until thickened; gently fold in thawed whipped topping.
  4. For the ganache, heat heavy cream in a saucepan until simmering, remove from heat, add chocolate chips, stirring until melted.
