- 1 stick butter (8 tablespoons)
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tablespoon apple juice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
