  • 10 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk (regular or non-dairy)
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 6 pieces honey ham (cut into quarters)
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a square casserole dish with non-stick spray.
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium-low heat until barely set.
  3. Place the bottom half of the rolls in the baking dish. Layer with cheese, ham quarters, scrambled eggs, and top with more cheese before covering with the top halves.
  4. Mix everything bagel butter ingredients and brush over the tops of the sliders. Bake for 18-20 minutes until heated through.
