- 2 pounds butternut squash
- 2 Honeycrisp apples
- Olive oil
- Ground turkey
- 2 small fennel bulbs
- 1 onion
- 1 cup grated Gruyere cheese
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon ground, dried sage
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Herbes de Provence
- Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cubed butternut squash and Honeycrisp apples with olive oil, salt, pepper, maple syrup, dried sage, and Herbes de Provence. Toss until well coated.
