- 8 oz full-fat sour cream
- 8 oz full-fat cream cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 (6 oz) can pitted medium black olives, halved or sliced
- 1 (6 oz) can pitted green olives, halved or sliced
- Kosher salt
- fresh cracked pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese, minced garlic, half of both mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Gently fold in the black and green olives until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×9 baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Bake for about 25–30 minutes until bubbly. Broil for an additional 1–2 minutes for a golden finish.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with your choice of dipping options.
