Ingredients

  • 8 oz full-fat sour cream
  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (6 oz) can pitted medium black olives, halved or sliced
  • 1 (6 oz) can pitted green olives, halved or sliced
  • Kosher salt
  • fresh cracked pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese, minced garlic, half of both mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the black and green olives until evenly distributed.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×9 baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  6. Bake for about 25–30 minutes until bubbly. Broil for an additional 1–2 minutes for a golden finish.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with your choice of dipping options.
