- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 12 oz rotini pasta
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook rotini in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season chicken with Cajun spices and cook until browned (6–7 minutes). Remove chicken from skillet.
