  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into ½ inch rounds
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
