Ingredients

- 60ml maple syrup
- 80g cornflakes or crunchy cereal
- 150g dark chocolate
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt. Heat gently until softened and mixed.
- Remove from heat and fold in the cornflakes until evenly coated.
- Divide the mixture into moulds or press it into a lined loaf tin.
- Freeze for 2 hours until set; then remove from moulds or slice.
- Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil in a heat-proof dish.
- Dip each bite into melted chocolate and place on baking paper.
