  • 2 tubes refrigerated cinnamon rolls (16 total; cut into about 8 pieces per roll)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • Icing from the cinnamon roll tubes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Pour melted butter into a 9×13 glass baking dish.
  2. Cut each cinnamon roll into approximately eight pieces and layer them evenly in the baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon until well combined. Pour this mixture evenly over cinnamon rolls.
  4. Drizzle maple syrup on top of the egg mixture.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight or bake immediately for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
