- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 can (14 ounces) coconut milk
- 12–15 frozen dumplings (vegetable, chicken, or homemade)
- 1/4 cup peas (optional, for added texture and color)
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup baby spinach or kale leaves
- 1/2 cup carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced into half-moons
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
- Thai basil leaves
- Red pepper flakes or fresh sliced chili (for heat)
- Lime wedges (for squeezing on top)

Instructions
