  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 10 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 lb leftover chicken (diced or shredded)
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 5 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • ½ tsp dried minced onion
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • 2 Tbsp light brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Grease a 9×13" baking pan.
  3. Slice Hawaiian rolls horizontally; place bottom halves in the pan.
  4. Layer half of the Swiss cheese on rolls, spread chicken over cheese, followed by cranberry sauce and remaining cheese. Top with roll tops.
  5. Mix Dijon mustard, melted butter, minced onion, poppy seeds, and brown sugar in a bowl; brush over sliders.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes until heated through and golden.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
