- 28 oz + 14 oz cans diced tomatoes (undrained)
- 1 lb uncooked turkey sausage (mild or spicy)
- 10 oz small frozen cheese tortellini
- 4 cups fresh baby spinach
- 1/2 cup freshly shredded parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare ingredients by chopping onions and mincing garlic.
