Ingredients

Scale
  • 600 g boneless skinless chicken breast or thigh, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt flakes
  • ½ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup cornflour (cornstarch)
  • Oil for frying
  • ½ cup sweet chilli sauce
  • ¼ cup tamari or soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Coat the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine chicken pieces with sweet paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, egg, and cornflour until well-coated.
  2. Prepare the Sauce: In another bowl, mix sweet chilli sauce, tamari or soy sauce, and rice apple vinegar.
