- 600 g boneless skinless chicken breast or thigh, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp sea salt flakes
- ½ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 egg
- ½ cup cornflour (cornstarch)
- Oil for frying
- ½ cup sweet chilli sauce
- ¼ cup tamari or soy sauce
- ¼ cup rice apple vinegar
Instructions

- Combine Chicken and Sauce: Remove excess oil from the pan and add the sauce mixture. Stir until bubbling, then return cooked chicken to coat evenly.
- Serve: Serve immediately over steamed rice and garnish with sliced spring onion and sesame seeds.
