- 4 potatoes (cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 1.5 to 2 cups beef broth
Instructions
- Spray the inside of the crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place the steaks at the bottom of the pot.
- Wash and cut the potatoes into 1-inch cubes, then position them around the steaks.
- Pour in enough beef broth to submerge half of each steak and sprinkle with onion soup mix.
- Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours until both steak and potatoes are tender.
