  • 2 jars (15 oz each) Alfredo sauce
  • 3 cups chicken stock or broth
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 cups chopped fresh broccoli
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded Italian blend cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F. Spray a 9×13 casserole dish with cooking spray.
  2. In the prepared dish, combine penne pasta, both jars of Alfredo sauce, chicken stock, cooked shredded chicken, chopped broccoli, and seasonings. Mix until well combined and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
  3. Bake for 35-45 minutes (35 for al dente pasta; 45 for softer). Uncover halfway through baking and stir gently.
  4. After baking, sprinkle shredded cheese over the top and broil for a few minutes until melted and golden brown.
