  • 2 lb pizza dough
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup turkey pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup turkey slices
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Divide the pizza dough into 8 pieces and roll each into a circle about 1/4" thick.
  3. On one half of each circle, spread pizza sauce, then layer ricotta cheese, turkey pepperoni, turkey slices, and top with mozzarella.
  4. Leave edges clean for sealing. Fold over the filling and crimp edges tightly.
  5. Place on the baking sheet, cut small vents on top, brush with oil, sprinkle with Parmesan, and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
