  • water (as needed to thin sauce)
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • ½ small red cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • ¼ cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 lime (cut into wedges)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fish: Pat dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Season with chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
  2. Cook the fish: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook seasoned fish for about 4–5 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook for an additional 3–4 minutes.
  3. Make the sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lime juice, garlic powder, sriracha sauce, and salt. Mix until smooth; adjust consistency with water if needed.
  4. Assemble tacos: Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave. Layer each tortilla with cooked fish, shredded cabbage, sliced avocado, and drizzle with sauce.
