Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 6 flour or corn tortillas (8 inches)
- 2 cups green chile enchilada sauce or salsa verde
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (your choice)
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat; sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in the green chile sauce and simmer for one minute before removing from heat.
- Mix in sour cream and chopped cilantro; adjust seasoning if needed.
- Combine shredded chicken and half of the cheese with the sauce in the skillet.
- Spread some of the sauce in the baking dish, fill tortillas with chicken mixture, roll them up, and place seam-side down in the dish.
