Ingredients
- 1 small head cauliflower (540g), chopped into florets
- 1/2 medium onion (110g), thinly sliced (yellow or red)
- 3 carrots (280g), sliced
- 1 Tbsp olive oil (15g)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Wash and prepare the vegetables: chop the cauliflower into florets, slice the onions thinly, and cut the carrots into rounds.
