  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh herbs: thyme, rosemary, parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season steak cubes with salt and pepper.
