  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded fontina cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
  2. In an oven-proof pan, melt butter over medium heat and infuse with garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder, nutmeg, and half of the mixed cheeses.
  3. Add halved Brussels sprouts to the pan, stir well to coat, then spread in a single layer. Top with remaining cheeses.
