Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 cups beef broth
- 12 oz gluten-free rotini pasta
- 1 can petite diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 onion (diced)
- 1 red bell pepper (diced)
- 1 can crushed tomatoes (28 oz can)
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a large saucepan over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess grease.
- Add browned beef to a crock pot along with diced onion, red bell pepper, petite diced tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and beef broth. Stir well.
