- ¼ cup cilantro leaves (for mayo)
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lime juice (for slaw)
- Coleslaw mix (12 oz bag)
- Spices: chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika
Instructions
- Prepare the Cilantro-Lime Mayo by blending cilantro, spinach, garlic, mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
