  • 1416 small flour or corn tortillas
  • ¼ cup cilantro leaves (for mayo)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (for slaw)
  • Coleslaw mix (12 oz bag)
  • Spices: chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cilantro-Lime Mayo by blending cilantro, spinach, garlic, mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
  2. For the Citrus Slaw, mix lime juice, honey, oil, salt, and pepper in another bowl; add coleslaw mix and cilantro and toss well.
  3. Season the fish with a spice blend of salt, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
