  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed

  • 1 bunch asparagus

Instructions

  6. Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper; roast on a baking sheet for 12–15 minutes.
  7. Serve lamb over mashed potatoes with asparagus on the side.
