  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp avocado oil (or oil of choice)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated cheddar cheese
  • 12 oz elbow macaroni (cooked al dente)
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in olive oil, garlic, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for 10 minutes.
  2. Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 10-15 minutes until cooked through. Stir in butter and honey before removing from heat.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat, add garlic until fragrant, then pour in heavy cream.
  4. Stir in cheeses and seasonings; mix until smooth.
  5. Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and rinse.
  6. Combine pasta with cheese sauce and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  7. Serve warm or store in meal prep containers.
