Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds russet potatoes, cubed
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- Optional: Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Pour 1 cup of water into the bottom of your Instant Pot liner. Place potatoes in a steamer basket and lower it into the pot.
- Cover and secure the lid; set the valve to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 2 minutes (for firmer) or 3 minutes (for softer).
- Once done, carefully release pressure and remove the lid.
- Take out the steamer basket and dry the pot. Set to sauté mode, add butter, and let it melt.
- Add cooked potatoes along with seasonings; toss until well-coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions if desired.
