- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt and pepper
- Cooking oil
Instructions
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, and mix well.
- Set your Instant Pot to Saute mode. Heat cooking oil and sear chicken until browned on both sides.
- Add minced garlic to the pot and sauté briefly until fragrant.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken, cover the pot, and set to Manual High pressure for 10 minutes.
- Once done, perform Quick Release. Serve with chopped parsley on top.
