- 20 oz. bag refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1 cucumber (peeled, sliced and quartered)
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 6 oz. can black olives (drained and halved)
- 1 orange bell pepper (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons chopped pepperoncini
- 8 oz. fresh mozzarella balls (quartered)
- 8 oz. sliced turkey slices (chopped)
- Italian Dressing
Instructions
- Prepare the Italian dressing according to your recipe and refrigerate.
- Cook the tortellini in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and rinse with cool water.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked tortellini with half of the dressing.
- Add cucumber, cherry tomatoes, black olives, orange bell pepper, pepperoncini, mozzarella balls, and chopped turkey slices; toss gently.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving and toss with remaining dressing as desired.
