- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated (divided)

- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F. Coat a large baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
- Blot the zucchini slices with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Toss them in a bowl with olive oil.
- In another bowl, mix half the parmesan cheese with bread crumbs, salt, and pepper. Dip each zucchini slice into this mixture and arrange on the baking sheet.
- Bake for about 25 minutes until browned and crisp.
