  • 4 fillets White fish (cod, tilapia, or haddock)

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 lemons Juice and zest
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
  • to taste Salt

Instructions

  1. Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels. Drizzle them with olive oil. Season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add seasoned fish fillets. Cook each side for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
  3. Remove cooked fish from the skillet; set aside on a plate. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add butter and olive oil; melt together.
  4. Add minced garlic; cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Stir in lemon juice and zest; season with salt and pepper. Let simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Drizzle lemon butter sauce over cooked fish fillets. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving hot.
