- 2 lemons Juice and zest

- Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels. Drizzle them with olive oil. Season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add seasoned fish fillets. Cook each side for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
- Remove cooked fish from the skillet; set aside on a plate. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add butter and olive oil; melt together.
- Add minced garlic; cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in lemon juice and zest; season with salt and pepper. Let simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
- Drizzle lemon butter sauce over cooked fish fillets. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving hot.
