- 3/4 cup ditalini pasta
- 6 cups chicken stock

- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken

- 2 cups fresh baby spinach (or kale)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté onion, carrot, and celery for about 5 minutes until softened.
