- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter until browned and nutty-smelling. Remove from heat.
- Stir in brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth. Chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Stir in eggs and vanilla extract into the cooled butter mixture until well combined.
- Add flour, oats, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon; mix until fully combined.
- Fold in both types of chocolate chips evenly throughout the dough.
- Using a cookie scoop, drop dough onto prepared sheets about 2 inches apart and gently press down.
- Bake for 11-13 minutes or until golden around the edges. Allow cooling on the sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
