Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream or unsweetened plant milk of choice

Instructions
- Sauté diced onion and carrots in olive oil over medium heat until softened. Add garlic, tomato paste, and optional crushed red pepper; cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in fresh basil, thyme, crushed tomatoes, vegetable stock, and optional grape juice. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
