  • 1/3 Cup Dutch Process Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 32 Candy Eyes
  • 1 Cup White Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and semisweet chocolate chips until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.
  4. Stir eggs and vanilla into the melted chocolate mixture until combined.
  5. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let brownies cool for about 5 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Melt white chocolate chips in the microwave until smooth; drizzle over cooled brownies using a zip-loc bag.
  9. Place two candy eyes on each brownie piece before the drizzle sets.
