- ½ cup dry white grape juice
- ½ cup grated Asiago cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon EACH: dried basil, mustard powder
- ¼ teaspoon EACH: dried thyme, ground sage
Instructions
- In a medium measuring cup, combine half-and-half, chicken broth, grape juice, garlic, butter, flour, and seasonings; set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add half the mushrooms and sauté until browned; remove and repeat with the rest.
- In the same skillet, add grape juice to deglaze and reduce by half for about 4 minutes.
- Stir in butter and garlic; cook until fragrant.
- Gradually add the prepared sauce mixture while stirring constantly; bring to a gentle boil then simmer.
- Cook ravioli according to package instructions; drain.
