 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 1 21-ounce can cherry pie filling
 
Instructions

 - In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk and mix well.
 - Stir in lemon juice and vanilla until fully combined.
 - Layer two tablespoons of the crumb mixture in six cups, pressing down lightly. Add three tablespoons of cheesecake filling on top.
 - Spoon half of the cherry pie filling into each cup and sprinkle with more crumb mixture.
 - Divide the remaining cheesecake mixture among the cups and top with reserved cherry filling.
