  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix until well combined using a hand mixer.
  3. Gradually add the melted butter and mix until fully incorporated. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
